Constable Eric Lehner... A CRIMINAL employed by the Montreal Police
In 2004 Eric Lehner testified before Quebec Superior Court justice Lise Matteau, knowingly giving false testimony. Based on his testimony,  Andy Srougi was falsely convicted. Shortly after, Mister Srougi filed a formal complaint against constable Lehner with the internal affairs bureau of the Montreal Police force who spent weeks investigating the allegations of perjury only to confirm Mister Srougi’s claims. The file was then forwarded to crown prosecutor François Brière who used his discretionary powers to make the case dissappear. Mister Srougi is now sueing crown prosecutor Brière and is preparing a damage suite against constable Lehner. Since there is no statute of limitations on a criminal act, Mister Srougi intends to wait patiently until the politics of Quebec change and allow him to formally accuse Eric Lehner of criminal acts and have him jailed for his crimes.

Me François Brière protège le constable Eric Lehner après qu’il ait commis des actes criminels graves
En 2004, le policier Eric Lehner a témoigné devant la cour supérieure contre M. Andy Srougi et sur la base de ce faux témoignage, M. Srougi a été déclaré coupable. Peu après, M. Srougi a déposé une plainte contre le constable Lehner auprès du bureau des Affaires Internes de la Police de Montréal accompagné d’une preuve irréfutable de son parjure. Après plusieurs semaines d'étude au bureau des Affaires Internes, les enquêteurs ont confirmé qu'effectivement, le constable Lehner s’était parjuré. Par la suite, le dossier a été soumis au procureur Me François Brière qui a immédiatement annulé le dossier sans motiver sa décision. Devant ce constat, M. Srougi a déposé une plainte contre Me Brière auprès du Comité de discipline du Barreau du Québec. Comme il n’y a pas de prescription en droit criminel, M. Srougi a l’intention d’intenter prochainement des procédures criminelles et en responsabilité civile contre le constable Eric Lehner.
